RESPONSIBILTY WILD SAGE
Wild Sage aims to be as low waste as possible for our brand. We achieve this by using every inch of our fabrics and to produce everything at a local atelier. We make responsible decisions regarding our gift wrapping and packaging. And all of our products are shipped in a 100% compostable mailing bag. We are are a small brand taking small steps in sustainability, but we hope that as we grow as a brand we can also grow in our responsible choices.
The main focus of Wild Sage is creating bags from residual fabrics. This idea was created when another brand offered us to use their leftover fabrics that no longer had a purpose for their brand. The leftover fabrics are great quality and have gorgeous texture and colours, which suits the design of our bags perfectly. The collection produced from the residual fabrics is called the UPCYCLED DROP COLLECTION we are happy that we found a great use for these fabrics and that they did not have to go to waste.
BEHIND THE BRAND
We’re Wild Sage the label, creators of beautiful and colourful unique products. As a brand our main focus is on the details and quality of the fabric and craftmanship. Our bags are handmade in the Netherlands and we aim to make responsible decisions with regards to the environment and to promote the longevity of our products.
Behind the brand are two sisters, Sarah & Laurie who were inspired by beautiful texture and fabrics that gave us the idea to produce our first design, the JUNO bag. In starting our brand we found it very important to be conscious about the materials we use and the waste we produce. We wanted to produce beautiful lasting products that add something to your wardrobe and can be matched and worn in different ways. We want everyone that carries our designs to feel unique and one of a kind. In our newest collection made from residual fabrics, we produce a limited amount of bags from each fabric to put even more emphasis on the uniqueness of the bags.
The bags are made to be looked at and every style has it’s own colourful pattern to lift up your mood and complement your outfit. they are strong and durable for everyday use and will fit all of your important belongings.
